​​​​​​Student information, secondary student schedules, all grade-level assignments, grades, and attendance are accessible through the Home Access Center (HAC). If you have received your login, go to the Home Access Center icon located at the top of any Katy ISD webpage. If you have not received your login, contact your student’s campus for assistance.

1.  How do I log into the Home Access Center?

• If you have logged into the HAC previously, input your username and password in the USERNAME and PASSWORD fields. Then click on the LOGIN button.

• If you have never logged into the HAC, you will need to get a username and password from your student's campus registrar.

​2.  Pin Numbers for online Gradebook access:

• Parents may come in person with a copy of their Driver’s License as proof of identity. (Recommended)

• Parents may fax a copy of their drivers license number and student’s social security number and we will reply to that fax number with the PIN number. The CRJH Fax number is (281)644-1640.

• Parents may request we mail a copy of the PIN number home.

3.  Child Find Notice

• A parent may request a referral for a special education evaluation or for a Section 504 evaluation to determine if your child needs specific aids, accommodations, or services to address academic, behavior, or medical difficulties.  For more information contact your child's campus.
