​​​​​​Student information, secondary student schedules, all grade-level assignments, grades, and attendance are accessible through the Home Access Center (HAC). If you have received your login, go to the Home Access Center icon located at the top of any Katy ISD webpage. If you have not received your login, contact your student’s campus for assistance.

• If you have logged into the HAC previously, input your username and password in the USERNAME and PASSWORD fields. Then click on the LOGIN button.

• If you have never logged into the HAC, you will need to get a username and password from our campus registrar.

• Parents may come in person with a copy of their Driver’s License as proof of identity. (Recommended)
• Parents may fax a copy of their drivers license number and student’s social security number and we will reply to that fax number with the PIN number. The CRJH Fax number is (281)644-1640.
• Parents may request we mail a copy of the PIN number home.

The first day of school for 2026-2027 is August 12, 2026.  Students may start entering the building at 8:30 am and the tardy bell is at 8:55 am.  Dismissal begins at 3:55 pm and ends at 4:05 pm.

The front office is open from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm Monday through Friday during the school year.

Yes!  We have a weekly newsletter called THE HOWLER that is sent to your email every Friday.  It contains important information regarding upcoming events and reminders.  To sign up to receive the newsletter, visit the sign up page and select Cinco Ranch Junior High.  You can select multiple campuses to receive their newsletters as well.

To talk to the Family Technology Support Center, call 281-396-7400.  They are open from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday during the school year and 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday during the summer.

You sign up for insurance every year during the Annual Student Update or when registering your child for school.  Insurance costs $20.00 per year and can be paid for through Pay n' Go.  If you want to change your insurance choice after submitting the update, email changemyrequest@katyisd.org with the student's name, ID number, campus, and what you would like to change.

Insurance covers 2 breaks OR 1 total loss for the year, August 12, 2026-August 12, 2027.

To report your child absent, fill out the online form or call our attendance clerk at 281-237-7335.  For more information on state law and district attendance policy, visit the district's attendance information page.

For junior high students, Breakfast costs $1.75 and Lunch is $3.25.  Visit the Food Services page for more information on  prices, menus, apply for meal benefits, or prepay for your child's meals.

The best way to contact your child during the school day is through their Katy ISD school email.  Each student has an email address which is their School ID number@students.katyisd.org.  (For example, K1234567@students.katyisd.org).  If you need to contact your child due to an emergency, please call the front office at (281)237-7300.  

To drop something off for your child, there is a designated drop off spot in the foyer of our front office.  Please label the item with the student's name and grade level.  Students will be allowed to come get the item during passing periods or with teacher's permission.  You may email your child to let them know that the item is at the drop off location.  Drop off for lunches are handled in the same manner.

Students are not allowed to order from Uber Eats, Door Dash, or any other sort of food delivery service.  Lunches must be dropped off by a parent or guardian.

Email is the best way to get in touch with your child's teacher.  Visit our Staff Directory to look up teacher email addresses.

The library provides students with loaner Chromebooks to use during the school day if they forget theirs at home.  It can be checked out any time during the school day but must be returned at the end of 8th period.  You will receive an email notification if your child checks out a loaner Chromebook and another notification when they return it.

To join our PTA, please sign up online.  You will need to choose Katy ISD and Cinco Ranch Jr High.  Dues are $12 per year.  To sign up to volunteer for school events, visit the PTA website.
